Leverage Longevity

The Great Minds of Ancient India have got it right:
“The unsteady mind is pervaded by the notion of time.”

Let’s get straight to the point:
You Want to Feel Timeless.

You always want to be fully aware of the present moment.
You want to be calm, centered and Effortlessly Focused on whatever you do to maximize your results.

As you have a Big Vision, you obviously want to have as much time as possible in order to follow through with action and accomplish as much as humanly possible and maybe even more than you initially imagined.

Therefore, you want to look and feel your best.
You want to enjoy a deepened, thorough sense of well-being.
You want to indulge in habits that enhance your vitality.

You consistently want to feel in harmony with your inner being, you want to feel at ease, you want to be emotionally, mentally and physically energized when going about your day, you want to energetically set yourself up for the best possible experience in anything you do.

We Are All Creatures of Habit.
And we learn from nature all the time.

Parrots, for instance, are intelligent enough to memorize even the most sophisticated affirmations, and they are absolutely great at repeating.

Do we, as human beings, always fully realize what we are saying, what we keep repeating, and that we are inclined to unconsciously conditioning ourselves?

Parrots can make us think!! To which degree are we Using Our Ability to Understand the meaning and the impact of what we are saying, and of the conscious and unconscious affirmations that we keep revolving in our minds?

We want to become aware of our conditioning as much as we possibly can!

Which beliefs are in engrained in our minds?

What do we accept as non-negotiable truth?

What do we expect to experience in our lives?

How do we envision ourselves
within the dynamics of time-space?

How long do we expect to live?

To which point do we realize that
we will live exactly as long as
we have subconsciously conditioned ourselves to?

These questions are fundamental, and I have been thinking about them in depth, every single day of my life.

Throughout my young life of about half a century I have come to observe that the quality of getting there is the quality of being there.
